A4 – What makes Alexander called the Great one…? A young lad who turn world civilisation upside down and shaping the curves of our modern world today.

Alexander, as history proclaim, was probably a world miracle. An undisputed military commander, king of kings, conqueror, and definitely… a leader which both world, west or east fully recognised for his glorious achievement.

But then, a miracle wasn’t just pop up without any certain condition.  Far before, or decades after… Thousand of leaders try the same thing, and only few are matches Alexander’s superior legacy…

Lesson_2

A4 – Recruitment is never a new toy in history. As inventions later revolutionizing modern industries into ‘chimneys’, literatures did revealing back what was written well since the beginning of ancient administration, which is the process of recruitment.

Indeed… World will never get short of any new figures, as civilization did rolling out from clashes of conflicts. Although management is a new word that arise less than two centuries ago, nevertheless it had been practiced well far ago to fulfill every single achievement during ancient Gods.

A4 – Looking inside pages of human resources glossaries, there is a single term which probably representing it’s own discipline, that is a single word known as ‘competency’.

While in the modern days, competencies are best known as a proven track record mostly in a field of business or industrial environments, history did underlining a fact that ‘competency’ is far to be represented clearly only by a single ‘occasion’.
